It must be beginners' luck but on day 2
of serious house hunting in Mad City - at precicely 4 PM Jim and Kate had located AND
purchased their first house.
And this is not just any house...this is
the very house for which they were wishing...and absolutely KNEW they would never find
(everyone told them that houses in this area never even got listed, they just sold by
word-of-mouth or osmosis or something like that).
And so Dr. and Mrs. J III and Miss
Martha will happily reside within spittin' distance of the University Hospital on the near
West Side for the next four years - and if you want to see what's inside - you'll have to
go visit them.
